Troubleshooting
Start by checking the server console after a restart. SL-QuickWheel reports the framework and inventory it detected and any conflict it finds, with the lines needed to fix it.
TAB also opens or toggles the inventory
Section titled “TAB also opens or toggles the inventory”The inventory uses the same key as the wheel. Follow the section for your inventory in Inventory setup. Players who joined before the change keep their previous binding until they update it in Settings > Key Bindings > FiveM.
The wheel does not open
Section titled “The wheel does not open”- Open the F8 console and look for
[sl-quickwheel] framework: ..., inventory: .... If the line is missing, the resource is not running. - The wheel does not open while the player is dead, handcuffed, ragdolling or in the pause menu.
- Check
Config.CanOpen: if it returnsfalse, the wheel stays closed.
The console shows inventory: native
Section titled “The console shows inventory: native”The inventory was not running when SL-QuickWheel started. Ensure the inventory before sl-quickwheel in server.cfg, or set Config.Inventory explicitly.
ox_inventory notifications or hotbar still appear
Section titled “ox_inventory notifications or hotbar still appear”The setr inventory:* lines must be placed before ensure ox_inventory, and the whole server must be restarted. Restarting only the resource is not enough, because ox_inventory reads them when it starts.
An item shows its name instead of an icon
Section titled “An item shows its name instead of an icon”The inventory has no image with that item’s name. Add the image to the inventory or set Config.Images.
Drop is not shown
Section titled “Drop is not shown”The inventory has no supported way to drop items from another resource. The console reports it when the resource starts.
The trunk tab does not appear
Section titled “The trunk tab does not appear”Trunks, gloveboxes and ground drops are available with ox_inventory and qb-inventory 2.x. The vehicle must be unlocked and the player must be at its trunk, the same conditions the inventory itself applies.
The hotbar does not appear
Section titled “The hotbar does not appear”The hotbar is available with ox_inventory and qb-inventory 2.x, and requires Config.Hotbar = true. If you run version 1.0.0, update to 1.0.1 or later.
