How to play

A delivery, step by step

1. Clock in at the card readers by the depot’s door. You get the tablet (F7 by default).
2. Rent a van from the car park. You pay a deposit, which comes back when you return it, minus damage.
3. Accept a job from the popup (Y accepts, U declines) or from the tablet. The first courier to accept takes it.
4. Pick up the order. For SL-Shops, load the boxes at your dispatch bay, by hand or with the van’s hand truck (up to 4 boxes at once). If every bay is taken, the tablet says “Preparing your order”, the clock stops and you are told when one is free. For SL-Marketplace, ask the clerk at the pickup point with “Pick up order”; the clerk serves one courier at a time.
5. Drive to the drop-off. The GPS is set automatically and the time limit depends on the distance.
6. Deliver to the shop’s door or into the buyer’s hands. If the buyer is offline or away, the package goes to the nearest mailbox.
7. Collect your pay at the depot’s card readers. Earnings are saved even if you disconnect.

Pay

Each delivery adds the shipping fee to “To collect”. Delivering in the first half of the time limit adds an on-time bonus, up to a daily cap. After a hand delivery, the buyer can also tip you.

You earn 2 points per delivery, plus 1 if it is on time. Dropping an order before picking it up takes 3 points and losing the cargo takes 5. Values are the defaults.

Returning the van

Stop it anywhere inside the depot’s car park, get out and use “Return van”. A van left outside with nobody at the wheel is towed after 20 minutes, with no refund.
