Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”1. Download the resource
Section titled “1. Download the resource”Get SL-QuickWheel from the store, then open portal.cfx.re, go to Assets > Granted Assets and download sl-quickwheel.
2. Add it to your resources
Section titled “2. Add it to your resources”Place the sl-quickwheel folder in your resources directory, for example resources/[scripts]/sl-quickwheel. Do not rename the folder.
3. Ensure it after your framework and inventory
Section titled “3. Ensure it after your framework and inventory”The wheel detects the framework and inventory when it starts, so both must be started before it:
ensure es_extended # or qb-core / qbx_coreensure ox_inventory # or qb-inventoryensure sl-quickwheel4. Apply your inventory’s setting
Section titled “4. Apply your inventory’s setting”Some inventories also use TAB, the wheel’s default key. Follow the section for your inventory in Inventory setup. With ox_inventory this is three lines in server.cfg.
5. Restart and check the console
Section titled “5. Restart and check the console”Restart the server. On start, the server console reports what was detected:
[sl-quickwheel] framework: esx, inventory: oxIf something conflicts with the wheel, such as another resource using TAB, the console says so and prints the exact lines to add. If nothing else is printed, the setup is correct.
Updating
Section titled “Updating”Updates replace the whole resource folder. Before replacing it, keep a copy of your config.lua and restore it afterwards. When a release adds options, the changelog lists them; options missing from your file use their default value.
