Admin panel

  • Command: /marketadmin.
  • Required ACE permission: marketplace.admin.
  • Example for the server’s administrators:
server.cfg
add_ace group.admin marketplace.admin allow

The permission is checked on the server. Hiding the command or modifying the NUI does not grant access to administrative operations.

Shows the main indicators: total and active listings, pending reports, banned users, pending refunds and pending delivery/trade operations. It also shows the last update and the synchronisation status.

Lets you search, filter and sort listings. Each row can be previewed, and active listings can be cancelled from the panel after a confirmation.

Lets you review the details of a pending report and mark it as reviewed or dismiss it. The actions ask for confirmation and refresh the panel when done.

Lets you search and view users, and ban or unban them with confirmation. An administrator cannot ban their own identifier.

Lets you view refunds and force the payout of a pending refund, always with confirmation. The server checks that the identifier is a positive integer before processing it.

Read-only view of the global history.

Read-only view of deliveries and trades. Gameplay operations are not run from this view, to avoid altering active flows or introducing inconsistencies.

The panel is updated through two mechanisms:

  1. Relevant server changes trigger an immediate NUI update while the panel is open.
  2. While the admin panel stays open, a periodic check runs every 10 seconds.

If an update arrives during another load, a new read is queued so that stale data is not left behind. Open previews are reconciled with the new data and closed if the record no longer exists.

Administrative loads have deliberate limits to protect the server and the NUI:

Data Maximum loaded
Listings 200
Users 200
Reports 200
History 100
Refunds 100
Deliveries 100
Trades 100

The panel’s pagination applies to the loaded records. Installs with a higher volume will need server-side pagination before these limits are raised.

  • marketplace.admin configured in server.cfg.
  • An administrator can open /marketadmin.
  • A user without the permission cannot access admin data or actions.
  • Overview loads the indicators and shows the last update.
  • Listings, reports, users and refunds can open previews.
  • Destructive actions show a confirmation and refresh the data.
  • History and Operations appear as read-only.
  • Synchronisation works with the panel open.
  • The panel has been tested after restarting sl-marketplace.
  • It has been tested at 1280×720, 1366×768 and 1920×1080.

If the panel appears empty:

  1. Confirm the player belongs to a group with marketplace.admin.
  2. Check that the resource was restarted after the changes.
  3. Check the server console and the NUI console for errors.
  4. Confirm that the tables from sql/marketplace.sql exist and that oxmysql is started before the resource.

If new changes do not appear, close and reopen the panel and check that the database connection is not returning errors.
